Let Me Tell YOU

How much I love these 2 boys!

Who wouldn't love this sight?
And just in case you were wondering where these baby blues came from...
**Scroll Down**

There's the baby blues... those beautiful eyes came from Daddy!

I've said it once, but I'll say it again and again... I love Markus more and more...esp as a Daddy!  Trevor is awesome, amazing and wonderful... hands down.  But Markus, wow!  He has surprised me so much.  He loves our son.  I love the sight of them together.  It makes me feel so happy that we waited for this little spirit.  Trevor has so much of Markus in him, it makes me laugh.  I can't wait to see his little personality develop.  I have been so blessed with a wonderful baby and an amazing husband who has received him with all the love I knew he would.  There is something about having a child in your home/family.  We feel so complete.  Oh how I am happy my husband is so involved with Trevor.   Trevor is such a lucky kiddo to have Markus as a Daddy.  Just sayin'!

Love you Markus!!

A Work In Progress... Done! {ALMOST}

Our bathroom has been a work in progress probably from the 1st day we bought our house... or so it feels like it.  We've been through ripping wallpaper off only to find Termite damage.
Then 1 yr later it looked almost the same.  So we decided to get busy and do the Floors.
Now I've painted the bathroom twice and I still don't know if I'm completely satisfied with it but when it's been under construction for this long I guess it doesn't really matter.  So when the appraiser said we needed sinks in order to refinance the house, you can imagine our surprise.  Um you mean you can't function 3.5 yrs with no sinks?  Literally in a weekend this is what we came up with weekend before last...
 I finished sanding the wall
 Primed the drywall
Painted chocolate (left over from the dining room)
 Installed pedestal sinks
Installed the other light fixture and VOILA!

Oh, it only took 3.5 years to get to this point.  Sad that it's just temporary.  Hey, least we get to use our bathroom now to it's fullest capacity :)  I'm very happy about that.  Not that Trevor even realizes we aren't sharing his bathroom anymore... but here's to an ALMOST complete Masterbath :)

Do you see what I see?

Guess what Markus found?
A permanent marker... that he left in one of his pants pockets from work. Need a closer look?
There we have it.  Permanent marker ALL over my dryer.  Did I mention a good portion of the "darks" I did were ruined?  Yes they were!  Least most were just t-shirts and one of the only pairs of pants I fit in right now for work.  Gotta love it!  And want to know what my brain child self did to clean it???  Alcohol.  Yep... and it worked.  Kinda like hairspray does when you get ink on your clothes... only for me to turn the bottle around and see that it was flammable... see I told you I was a brain child.  Oh it was a fun day!

Fun Times w/Bogey!

Markus always insists on having "Buddy" AKA Trevor be on the bed with him. They like to play together. Mostly I think Markus likes to spoil his little Buddy. Well Bogey decided he wanted to join in. And why not?
Our Trevor Baby.. sporting the POLO.
Bogey and Trevor sharing the same pillow!
It appears Trevor is doing a dance.
And what dog doesn't like to sniff!

I love my boys.  Feeling a bit outnumbered... but love it nonetheless :)
